Brez® for Less Return & Privacy Policies
We value our relationship with you and offer a return policy in case you order the wrong size Brez anti-snoring device.
If your Brez anti-snoring device does not fit properly, you may return the unused anti-snoring devices within 30 days of receipt for one replacement box in a different size.
This return policy is good for one box only, one time only, and one box per household only.
Unused product should be returned in their original packaging, shipped to BESTMED, LLC.
Your original shipping/handling costs will NOT be refunded, and you are responsible for any return postage fees unless you are returning the product due to one of the following reasons:
- We sent the incorrect item(s)
- Item(s) arrived damaged
- Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect
Contact our Consumer Care department via email or call 877-299-6700 to request a Return Authorization (RA) prior to making a return. You will be given an RA number, which must accompany the item being returned.
All product being returned to our warehouse must be authorized and reference an RA number. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized.
Please do not attempt to send a return without getting a return authorization first.

Packaging Your Return
- Please include the RA information and the original packing slip with your return.
- Wrap the package securely and in its original packaging to help avoid damage during shipment.
